Trust your intuition. Trust your inner guidance.

Do you listen to your intuition?

That feeling you get where you know or that sign you see from the universe?

There is so much noise in our lives and busyness and it is constant. From electronics, people, to do lists, etc. That we can sometimes drown out that inner voice and intuition.

This week there have been so many things that happened that made the hair stand up on my arms followed by goosebumps. (In a good way.)

I was working with a private client and I was talking to her about a specific topic and how I felt it effected her. She told me she had heard something on the radio just a few minutes prior to our call with the same message.

Random or message to her intuition?

She saw it as certainty that was what she needed to focus on.

Ever get that feeling that something is about to happen, like a child on a holiday where gifts are given? Then BAM, something amazing happens?

Everything is energy!

Science proves that, we know that. So if we are paying attention to our intuition, watching the thoughts and words we send out to the universe and pay attention to these signs, you might find that you are creating more of what you really desire.

Do you take time to go inside and listen to your inner voice? Time without noise? We are quick to take care of our bodies: what we eat, exercise and dress, YET we often forget to take care of ourselves.

Our true inner self.

We were created with so much amazing potential and most people are only tapping the surface.

What if you took your personal growth more seriously? Took the time to work on you, the real you and create the changes you desire. To get in alignment with your purpose and values and get away from the noise pushing you around. How would your life be different?

We have an infinite capacity to grow and change.

If life is challenging, we can change it. If life is great, it can get even better. As far as I know, we have one life. (If I find out we have more it is a bonus! lol) So with this one life, you are in the drivers seat. Not your parents, partner, loved ones or the person down the street. YOU are in charge.

So are you living up to your full potential? Are you doing your personal growth work to create change, connection and joy?
